Who am I?

I founded Bone Worx in 2015 with the goal of helping people develop positive relationships with their dogs. I am a professional dog trainer, dog walker, and pet sitter. I provide services Monday through Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., rain or shine. I have several scheduling options to fit a wide variety of needs. I offer personalized services that fit the individual and their pets.

Genuine Love of Dogs

First and foremost, I am in this business because I love dogs. I love seeing dog guardians’ lives improve because of their dog’s fundamental training.

Patience

Patience is the backbone of good dog training. I use a balanced training approach, which allows us to change our normal protocol if the dog needs a different training technique. Although most dogs respond similarly, it is impossible to fit all dogs in the same approach. This is why having a lot of tools in the toolbox is always best when it comes to good dog training.

However, regardless of the approach, patience is still the key. When moving at a patient pace that allows the dog to actually "think" rather than "react," we see many of the "aha" moments when dogs grasp concepts, and it is a beautiful sight! Patience is also the key to a happy and healthy dog and most importantly, to long-lasting results.

Teamwork

As a professional dog trainer, I work with dog guardians to achieve the goals of the training program they're a part of. The combined efforts make the training work. I engage the dog guardian in training so results are long-lasting, and they accomplish their goals with their dog.

Integrity

I aim to achieve the goals set out at the beginning of each training session. I work with the dog guardians to develop an actionable training plan based on the guardian's needs and the dog's learning and behavioral style. With that, I can fulfill the guardian's expectations and achieve the desired results.

Acceptance

Because each dog has their own personality and learning style, I accept them for who they are. I also accept that each dog will learn at their own pace. I will help guardians meet their goals by recommending which program and training options best fit their personality, schedule, and environment, so achieving those goals is as easy a path as possible.

Care

I implement a balanced training program designed to achieve the desired results. I treat each dog with respect and accept that each dog is different and has different needs. I am committed to handling each dog in the same loving and caring manner as their guardians. I also handle each dog most professionally and ethically possible.
