Lets make it happen

I don't train dogs—I train the humans who love them. This isn't your average sit, stay, cookie routine. I've flipped the script on dog training with bold, personalized classes that work.

I use 100% positive reinforcement methods. You'll be in the thick of it—hands-on, tuned-in, and working with your dog, not just barking orders. The best part? These new behaviors stick where it counts—at home.

Age? Experience? Doesn't matter. I'll meet them where they are and get them where you want them to be.

A good recall is an excellent skill for a dog. It allows us to steer our dogs away from dangerous or unwanted interactions, making us feel good when our dogs come when called. Because of the distraction factor, recall is a very fancy skill—it's fun to show off—but it also means it takes more time to train than other skills and behaviors.

My goal for this private class is to teach you the foundational skills to increase your dog's ability to respond to a recall cue and come away from distractions, such as other dogs and food. You might not reach the point where your dog comes every time in this short class, but I want you to embrace it with a solid understanding of how to train a reliable recall and the ability to continue teaching at your own pace.

Pre-registration, payment, and proof of your dog's vaccination are required before the start of class.

Children under 15 years of age are not permitted to participate in the session.

Are you dreading walking your dog?

Walking is one of the most critical components of your relationship with your dog.

Reactive dogs are typically considered dogs that bark, spin, lunge, and growl on-leash at other dogs and, in some cases, people, kids, bikes, critters, and a variety of different things.

Reactive dogs may also exhibit signs of stress, such as pulling on the leash, restlessness, difficulty focusing, and tense body language.

Fear, excitement, or frustration makes it difficult for the dog to control their emotions and disengage from the triggering situation.

Often, these dogs are labeled "aggressive" in society. In reality, they usually struggle to control their emotions.

Because reactivity is considered an emotional issue, it requires understanding the underlying causes, both physiologically and environmentally. In addition to implementing appropriate strategies through management and training.

I am selective in the cases that I accept. Please get in touch with me, and we will discuss your dog's recent behavior and your training needs.

Pre-registration, payment, and proof of your dog's vaccination are required before the sessions beginning.

Children under 15 years of age are not permitted to participate in the session.

There are no bad dogs. Many behavior problems stem from normal, natural, and often necessary dog behaviors being performed in an inappropriate manner. You will learn how to reward the behaviors you want while ignoring your dog (when appropriate) and preventing or redirecting the behaviors you don't want.

Pick from the list below to create your dog's unique training packet:

  • Barking
  • Charging the front door
  • Inappropriate elimination
  • Begging
  • Counter surfing
  • Resource guarding
  • Chewing
  • Digging
  • Jumping
  • Mouthing and nipping
  • Overexuberance and hyperactivity

Pre-registration, payment, and proof of your dog's vaccination are required before the start of class.

Children under 15 years old are not permitted to join the group class.

The arrival of a new puppy often brings many training questions. My classes help you establish good routines and habits with your new pup from the start. I will also give you simple tools to address your puppy’s challenges.

Puppies have short attention spans, so a small class setting is the best place to get your puppy to focus. Start training as early as possible. This way, your dog can begin her new life by developing good routines and habits right from the start.
